Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home entertainment systems and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
- Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and industry developments.

- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
