Your Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about home entertainment systems and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product features and industry developments.
  • Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong interest in technology and home entertainment systems.
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
