Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about luxury products, providing detailed information and assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
  • Collaborate with the retail team to uphold the brand's standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Participate in training sessions to deepen your knowledge of luxury products and customer service best practices.
  • Your native language and nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • An EU passport or residency is mandatory.
  • Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A passion for luxury brands and high-end retail.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly in luxury retail, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Desire to be part of a luxurious environment that values top-notch customer care.
