Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients, providing them with personalized assistance through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries about luxury products, ensuring their satisfaction and building loyalty.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and streamline customer experiences.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your application.
• Strong passion for luxury brands and high-end retail.
• Prior experience in customer support, ideally in luxury retail, is a significant advantage.
