Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to present an excellent opportunity for a Flemish Speaking Customer Service Representative for the Online Payment Solutions Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about technology and financial services and are committed to providing high-quality support to Flemish-speaking clients.


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat in relation to online payment solutions.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding payment processes, account management, and troubleshooting payment issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records in the company's systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest payment trends, features, and security protocols to provide informed assistance to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Foster positive client relationships by providing timely and effective support.
  • Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the financial or technology sector, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively address customer issues.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • A passion for technology and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
