Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries about smart home products and services.
  • Assist customers with installation questions, product features, and troubleshooting issues related to smart home technology.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly, ensuring timely and effective resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain comprehensive records within the company's systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions for customer inquiries and issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in smart home technology to offer knowledgeable support.
  • Encourage product feedback and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the technology or smart home sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in customer service tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
  • A genuine passion for technology and helping customers enhance their smart home experiences.
