We are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Home Entertainment Systems Department. This role is perfect for individuals who have a passion for technology and entertainment, and are eager to assist customers with their inquiries regarding home entertainment products.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients regarding home entertainment systems via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about product features, usage, troubleshooting, and warranty information.
  • Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and manage follow-ups effectively.
  • Collaborate with technical support and product development teams to address customer concerns and enhance service quality.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the latest home entertainment technologies to offer relevant advice and assistance.
  • Gather customer feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or electronics sector.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
