We are currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Music Streaming Platform Department. This role is suitable for those who are passionate about music and technology, and enjoy providing top-notch support to customers in the music streaming industry.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients using the music streaming platform through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer concerns to ensure a seamless streaming experience.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to address complex client issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Educate customers about platform features, new releases, and best practices for usage.
  • Collect customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality and user experience.
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly within the tech or entertainment industry, is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle client issues efficiently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
