Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients using the music streaming platform through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, subscription details, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Effectively resolve customer concerns to ensure a seamless streaming experience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the product and technical teams to address complex client issues and enhance service delivery.
- Educate customers about platform features, new releases, and best practices for usage.
- Collect customer feedback to contribute to ongoing improvements in service quality and user experience.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly within the tech or entertainment industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to handle client issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.
