- Provide exceptional support to German-speaking customers regarding their inquiries about the online marketplace platform via phone, email, and chat.

- Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product management, to address customer needs.
- Stay updated on platform features and policies to provide knowledgeable support to users.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback for ongoing service improvement.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or service, particularly in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring customer-centric service delivery.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Quick problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer assistance.
