Responsibilities

- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
- Stay informed about product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively.
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or online retail, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with online shopping platforms and digital tools is a plus.
