Dutch Speaking Customer Support for Subscription-Based Services Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support representative for our Subscription-Based Services Department. In this role, you will be pivotal in providing excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients, helping them with their subscriptions and ensuring a seamless experience. If you have a passion for customer service and are fluent in Dutch, we would love to hear from you!


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to their subscription services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Educate customers on how to maximize their subscription benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance the customer experience.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based services is a plus.
  • Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
