German Speaking Customer Support for Gaming & Esports Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Support representative in our Gaming & Esports Department. This role is perfect for gaming enthusiasts who are passionate about providing top-tier customer service to fellow players. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to gaming products and services, ensuring an engaging and satisfying experience. If you have a strong command of the German language and a love for gaming, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via various channels including phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Assist customers with questions about gaming products, services, and account issues.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Engage with customers to understand their gaming experience and provide tailored support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Gaming & Esports team to enhance service delivery and customer engagement.
  • Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the gaming or esports sector, is preferred.
  • Genuine passion for gaming and knowledge of current gaming trends and titles.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and commitment to delivering high-quality support.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software and gaming platforms is a plus.
