Norwegian Speaking customer support for streaming service - Remote in Greece

This position allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while providing high-quality support to users navigating the platform. You will assist customers with a variety of inquiries, including subscription management, troubleshooting, and content recommendations. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist users with inquiries regarding their accounts, subscriptions, and streaming issues.

- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Interest in streaming services and media content is advantageous.
