Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat communications in Polish.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding fitness and sports equipment products.
- Address customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Guide clients on product usage, maintenance, and best practices in fitness.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions in the company's CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends in fitness and sports.
- Fluency in Polish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or sports industry, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for fitness and sports is highly desirable.
