Portuguese Speaking Customer Support for Gaming & Esports Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support representative to join our Gaming & Esports Department. In this dynamic role, you will be the voice for our Portuguese-speaking community, providing exceptional support for gaming and esports inquiries. If you are passionate about gaming and esports, and possess strong communication skills in Portuguese, we want to hear from you!


Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat for gaming and esports-related inquiries in Portuguese.
  • Assist customers with account issues, game-related questions, and general inquiries about services.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Educate customers on the latest gaming trends, tools, and services offered by the company.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with the gaming team to relay customer feedback and improve service quality.
  • Fluency in Portuguese (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for gaming and esports.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Familiarity with gaming culture and current trends in esports.
  • A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with customer service software is a plus.
