This role is perfect for individuals passionate about providing excellent customer service and who are fluent in Nordic languages (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish).
As a member of our customer service team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting our Nordic-speaking clientele and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services tailored to the Nordic market.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve service skills.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or Danish) and English.
- No prior customer service experience required; however, a customer-oriented mindset is essential.
- Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic attitude toward helping others.
- Good problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software are a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
