Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for Czech-speaking customers, managing their inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Communicate with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and support the ongoing improvement of services.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure continued satisfaction and to gather insightful feedback.
- Analyze customer interactions and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for service enhancement.
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and perform effectively in a remote working environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine interest in online media and awareness of industry trends.
