Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive and effective customer support in Italian, addressing inquiries related to domestic appliances and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues, offering solutions to enhance their experience and confidence in the product.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions for follow-up and reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and implement timely resolutions for customer concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the company's products, services, and policies to offer accurate information to customers.
  • Engage with customers proactively to ensure their needs are met and to foster loyalty to the brand.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance interpersonal skills and deepen product understanding.
  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the consumer electronics or domestic appliances sectors, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication abilities, with the capacity to engage thoughtfully with customers from various backgrounds.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for effective record-keeping and inquiry management.
  • A general interest in domestic appliances and home technology is advantageous, although training will be provided.
