Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding financial services and products.
• Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and effectively process transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless client service and issue resolution.
• Stay up to date with financial trends and product information to assist customers proficiently.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and loyalty.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the financial sector, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
