The Role

We are looking for a new plan enrollment representative who thrives on driving results, building relationships, and delivering value to both patients and providers. Your responsibilities will include a mix of outbound outreach, inbound engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to communicate PayZen’s value proposition effectively. What You Will Do
  • Drive new enrollments by presenting tailored payment plan solutions to providers and assisting patients in understanding their options.
  • Proactively identify new opportunities, follow up on leads, and work to exceed growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with providers and patients, highlighting the benefits of PayZen’s platform.
  • Educate providers and their teams on PayZen’s offerings, influencing decision-makers to adopt our platform.
  • Act as a trusted partner to providers, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the enrollment process and customer experience.
  • Provide valuable feedback to refine messaging, tools, and strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs.


What You Will Bring

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $25.00 - $29.33 / hour. Actual salary will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Full-time employees are also eligible for a competitive equity package, and benefits.
