Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to lead and oversee our financial operations. This role focuses on managing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closes while ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage a variety of financial functions to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

In this role, you will be at the helm of our financial operations, navigating month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closes while ensuring compliance with GAAP standards. Your daily responsibilities will include supervising general ledger activities, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and timely. We’re on the lookout for someone with a strategic mindset and exceptional organizational skills to help us streamline our financial reporting processes and provide insightful analytics that support critical business decisions. Furthermore, you’ll collaborate with HR for multi-state payroll coordination and work with tax accountants to ensure timely tax compliance. If you have a bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting, an active CPA license, and at least five years of experience in accounting or financial management, we would love to meet you!
