To support PlayPlay’s development and our people's growth, we are seeking a Senior People Business Partner.

We are a people-centric company and are looking for an exceptional individual with an HR generalist background to partner within our People Team.


You will report directly to our Chief People Officer.


MISSION:
  • Ensure the implementation and drive our processes and needs: Quarterly/Annual Reviews, Career Path, Performance Calibration, Compensation Cycle, Training, etc.
  • Create a scalable and efficient People Experience across our offices, enhancing PlayPlayers' experience from onboarding to off-boarding.
  • Be the HR point of contact for our managers, supporting, mentoring, and coaching them on all their HR topics.
  • As a culture champion, drive and accelerate a culture of inclusion and excellence where people feel engaged, motivated, and inspired.


REQUIREMENTS:
  • Solid experience as a People Partner / HRBP / People Lead (8-10 years) with an international scope
  • Strong expertise in labor law and interest in US/Germany regulations
  • Experience in labor relations and social dialogue management
  • Skills in managerial coaching and talent management
  • Good understanding of business challenges, ability to act as a business partner (facilitation, challenge, influence)
  • Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with managers
  • Diplomacy and ability to handle complex situations
  • Analytical mindset and interest in HR KPIs
  • Fluent in English
