Web Analyst

Job Description:

The Web Analyst is a key role in Pluralsight’s Marketing Analytics team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from Pluralsight’s website interactions. In this role, you will partner with our Digital Experience Team to provide insight into Pluralsight.com user behavior and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and site performance.

What you’ll do:

  • Collect, analyze, and report on data such as traffic, visitor behavior, and site performance
  • Monitor trends and proactively identify areas for further research, analysis, and testing
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversion
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify clear goals and KPIs for A/B testing
  • Provide guidance on A/B test sample size and duration to ensure statistically significant results
  • Analyze A/B tests to optimize digital experiences, using data to make informed decisions
  • Develop and present analyses and reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Work with the web development team to ensure appropriate specifications for web analytics tracking, including the configuration of data layers, tags, and tracking codes

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Involvement with and knowledge of website tagging, A/B testing concepts, targeting and personalization capabilities
  • Proficient in Adobe Target and Adobe Launch is a plus
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and share findings with stakeholders effectively
  • Familiar with HTML, CSS and Javascript, with the ability to read, reuse and customize code preferred

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in web/digital analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proficient in using Adobe Analytics to track, analyze, and interpret website data, including understanding metrics, segments, and reports

The annual US base salary range for this role is $69,300- $85,500 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
