Field Marketing Manager

Overview

The Field Marketing Manager will execute marketing initiatives and tactical plans for a specific market’s trade areas based on sales goals and market specific sales needs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute national plans at the local market level with strategic grass root community.
  • Develop and manage the execution of short-term local business plans (local store marketing) to build and maintain commercial relevance and achieve annual sales plans. Activities include, but are not limited to local promotions, partnerships, store communication and sales training).
  • Support the execution and management of local store marketing budget to comply with budget parameters, focused around community traffic drivers, community partners and catering.
  • Provide comprehensive sales analysis by channel, day part, menu family and day of the week to understand business performance and uncover opportunities.
  • Become the eyes and ears of marketing team at the field level and support relevant local feedback to strengthen program and plan development.
  • Become a critical partner to local Operations team in developing relevant plans to achieve business objectives.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or equivalent required
  • 5+ years field marketing experience
  • Experience in restaurant marketing required
  • Background in retail promotional creation and execution required
  • At least 50% time spent on field required
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required

 

Pay Range

USD $100,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.
