Insurance Customer Service Representative- CSR

Are you looking for an opportunity to grow with a startup insurance agency?

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team and play a key role building our business.

Whether you’re looking for part-time or full-time, we have a place for you!

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative,(Insurance) you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • creating insurance applications and policies
  • advising potential clients on coverage
  • issuing quotes, and converting them into new policies.
  • resolve billing issues,
  • change policies, and make policy recommendations.
  • follow up customer on coverage renewals
  • answering incoming call center questions about insurance policies and insurance coverage issues, as well as consumer complaints and general inquiries
  • verify new customers’ coverage and present policyholders with proof of insurance paperwork
  • keep track and follow up of all customer inquiries
  • Minimum 1-3 year’s in Customer Service in Insurance Industry (P&C license is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills written & verbal
  • Organized, structured, punctual and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
