Why We’re Looking for You

As Prelim experiences 3x year-over-year growth, we’re in search of our first Press Release Marketing Associate who will take charge of creating and distributing high-impact press releases and marketing content. You’ll be responsible for crafting compelling announcements for new customer acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and product launches. You’ll also play a key role in developing white papers that position Prelim as a thought leader in the financial services industry.

What you'll do

In this dynamic role, you will create, publish, and promote content that highlights Prelim’s achievements and thought leadership. Your primary focus will be on press release announcements for new customers and partnerships, as well as helping craft informative white papers that demonstrate our deep industry knowledge and innovative approach. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other teams to gather insights and turn them into powerful narratives.

• Craft and distribute press releases announcing new customer wins, strategic partnerships, and product updates.
• Develop in-depth white papers and case studies that demonstrate Prelim’s expertise and value proposition.
• Research industry trends and customer experiences to inform and guide content creation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Customer Success, to gather data and success stories.
• Drive content distribution strategies to ensure maximum visibility and engagement with the target audience.
• Align all content with Prelim’s growth strategy and branding.

• Proven experience in writing and distributing press releases that generate impact and visibility.
• Strong research and writing skills for developing engaging white papers and thought leadership pieces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to gather insights from internal teams and customers.
• Experience in content distribution and promotion to maximize engagement.
• Proficiency with content management and media distribution platforms.
• Analytical mindset for measuring and optimizing content performance.
