We have an opportunity for the Head of Global Business Development to join our Branded Editions team.
As the Head of Global Business Development, Branded Editions, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategic plan to drive global expansion and achieve or exceed revenue targets, focusing on building a strong sales pipeline through driving exponential growth stemming from marquee and mid-size clients, and key markets. This role involves negotiating and closing high-value deals, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, and fostering long-term client relationships to meet renewal goals. Additionally, the position requires close collaboration with internal teams to successfully launch new projects and secure opportunities for expanded white-label solutions. This role will represent the department at industry events, leveraging networking to generate leads, deepen market connections, contribute to product development and strengthen the company's offerings.

Salary/On-Target Earnings is just one component of PressReader’s Total Rewards package. PressReader is committed to providing a fair compensation package and investing in the holistic health and wellbeing of all Pressies and their families. Our total rewards package includes, but is not limited to:
Compensation: Base Salary (CAD$100,000 – CAD$120,000pa) + Commissions (based on sales performance) + Benefits (as below).
Vacation Days: All new hires will start with 15 vacation days, progressive adjustments based on tenure.
Wellness Days: All Pressies will have 6 wellness days to take care of their wellness and get recharged.
Hybrid Work Environment: Employees located within the Vancouver Lower Mainland area come to the office two (2) days a week.
