ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team. The School Psychologist will play a crucial role in promoting the mental health, well-being, and academic success of our students. This position is Monday-Friday working with an elementary and middle school caseload.Key Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to identify students' learning, emotional, and behavioral needs• Develop individualized educational plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies to address students' academic, social, and emotional challenges• Provide individual and group counseling to students dealing with academic, behavioral, or emotional issues• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop interventions and support plans• Lead crisis intervention efforts, offering immediate psychological support when necessary• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed• Advocate for students and assist in developing policies that promote students' well-being and mental healthQualifications:• Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution• State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist• Experience in school settings is preferred, but recent graduates with relevant training are encouraged to applyWhat We Offer:• Competitive salary and benefits package.
