Job Description

Procore is looking for an upmarket Campaigns Manager, NAMER to join our growing Marketing team! In this role, you’ll oversee campaign marketing activities for our US and Canada specialty contractor audience within the upmarket segment ($250M+ ACV). You’ll be responsible for campaigns that generate enterprise and strategic new logos, cross-sell and upsell pipeline, and ultimately help the company achieve our ambitious revenue targets.

As the Campaigns Manager, NAMER, you’ll work as part of the NAMER Campaigns team and partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, Operations, and other Revenue teams to ensure we are accomplishing our pipeline goals, creating demand for Procore solutions, and driving new logo acquisition as well as customer growth. This role is ideal for someone who loves working cross-functionally to combine various ideas, creativity, priorities, and business goals into cohesive marketing plans. 

This role will report to the Director of Upmarket Campaigns, NAMER and can be based out of any of our US office locations or remotely in the US. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Work as an individual contributor and as part of a broader campaigns team responsible for designing, developing, and executing high-performing expansion marketing campaigns

  • Design new campaign strategies using ABM best practices, focused on creating an always-on, scalable campaign framework

  • Understand the customer lifecycle and use customer data to align expansion messaging and offers with the right audience 

  • Work with sales and product marketing teams to coordinate campaign messaging develop new sales plays, offers, webinars and direct mail campaigns

  • Partner with field and event marketing and sales teams to create targeted, geo-based in-person customer experiences that build relationships and contribute to driving ARR

  • Utilize data to understand the success of campaigns, communicate results in routine meetings with sales leadership and identify areas for optimization

  • Own the complete audience pipeline outcomes to ensure revenue goals are met (new logo and expansion)

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in a SaaS or B2B growth/demand generation marketing capacity

  • Passion for marketing for sales—focusing on driving growth and retaining revenue

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or comparable education/experience required

  • Hands-on experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across web, email, webinars, events, digital advertising, direct mail, and more

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, tracking, and analytics tools

  • Ability to use data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, with the ability to make informed decisions and take action based on data-driven insights

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $113,560 - $156,145. Eligible for Bonus Incentive Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
