Growth Marketing Manager - job 3 of 4

Our client, an innovative open-source distributed computing platform, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive digital marketing, lead generation, GTM motions, and content execution. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaign Execution & Management: Own and execute email and drip campaigns, segment audiences, create engaging content, and track performance to optimize conversion rates.

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Content Development: Develop high-impact assets such as whitepapers, one-pagers, sales decks, investor presentations, and press releases to support business growth.

  • Website & Funnel Optimization: Enhance website content, create compelling landing pages, optimize CTAs, automate sequences and ensure digital assets support lead generation and brand awareness.

  • Marketing Automation & CRM Integration: Utilize HubSpot to build a funnel, automate campaigns, track user behavior, and improve engagement.

  • Storytelling & Content Strategy: Translate technical concepts into engaging marketing content, ensuring messaging resonates with developers, enterprise buyers, and stakeholders.

  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing, SEO improvements, and campaign analysis to refine strategies and maximize impact.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 3+ years in product/digital marketing, preferably in enterprise tech, SaaS, or open-source environments.

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns and GTM strategies.

  • Proficiency with HubSpot

Skills

  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing content.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation, campaign management, and performance tracking.

  • Canva, Figma, or similar design tools experience is highly advantageous.

  • Strong SEO knowledge, A/B testing expertise, and digital content optimization.

  • Excellent written English with the ability to create, edit, and guide content effectively.
