Director of Revenue Operations

We are looking for a strong operational leader who is interested in building out our Revenue Operations team. This role is critical in identifying opportunities to drive revenue, enabling go-to-market strategies, implementing tactics across the customer lifecycle, and sales process improvements.


This role will work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, business operations, finance, product, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to share insights and centralize information. Responsibilities will include overseeing systems and data administration and recommend tools to improve data quality, analysis, and reporting. A primary function will be managing dashboards and building revenue forecasts so teams can easily understand business health and meet goals while partnering closely with cross functional teams and leadership to strategize, operationalize, and analyze the impact of business initiatives. Reports directly to CRO.


As our Revenue Operations Leader, you will:
  • Identify revenue optimization opportunities such as improving efficiencies, market strategies, and sales processes
  • Collaborate with company leaders to analyze, strategize, and implement business initiatives
  • Work across sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and other teams to centralize information and data, share insights, and bridge operations
  • Control data dashboards and develop revenue forecasts to communicate business goals with teams
  • Oversee data and systems administration and support data quality, analysis, and reporting improvement
  • Analyzing and developing sales processes to best balance sales team efficiencies and customer experience
  • Forecasting future sales based on pipeline, team capacity, and other relevant data
  • Optimizing the process of transitioning new customer accounts from sales to customer success
  • Develop and implement sales enablement training plans and other content with marketing teams
  • Identifying customer churn risks and revenue opportunities in CRM data
  • Building customer health dashboards, pulling in metrics from across the tech stack


As our Revenue Operations Leader, you should have:
  • Experience: Background in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations, 4-6+ years of experience. SaaS software experience preferred.
  • Collaboration skills: Proven experience acting as a liaison between a variety of departments and stakeholders.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to track metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze them, and turn them into actionable strategies. 
  • Presentation skills: Must be able to present and share data in a polished, meaningful way, whether it’s a quick email, in-depth report, or presentation deck. Must communicate it in a clear, engaging manner. 
  • Relationship-building: Cross-functionally build trust with other departments and create relationships — a RevOps manager will be working with everyone in the organization.
  • Positive attitude and enjoys a fast paced start up environment


$200,000 - $250,000 a year
This is the expected cash compensation range for this position. The salary offered within this range will be determined based on factors including but not limited to skills, qualifications, experience and location. The total compensation package for this role also includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, flexible paid time off, Carrot Fertility, participation in a 401(k) with company match and more!
