Pumpkin is looking for an assertive and results-oriented Territory Account Manager to join our team! You will play a crucial role in driving Pumpkin's growth by engaging veterinary clinics through an Omni-channel approach, developing and growing the account base of your territory. Utilizing solution selling, territory management, and business development capabilities, you’ll execute strategies to maximize territory sales performance. In order to exceed sales goals, you will employ an entrepreneurial mindset, strong persuasive skills, and an ability to influence clients effectively.
This will be a hybrid position, with a requirement of 2-3 days a week in the Columbus, Ohio office.
The compensation for this position includes a base salary ranging from $40,000-$50,000 (annually) plus variable incentive compensation, structured as a 50% annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary outside the listed ranges based on factors including location, qualifications, performance, skills, and experience. This compensation structure is one component of Pumpkin's total rewards package, which may include additional discretionary bonuses and other short or long-term incentives. If hired, employees will be in an 'at-will position' and Pumpkin reserves the right to modify compensation (as well as any other discretionary payment or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
