Pure Storage is seeking an enthusiastic Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional, transformational projects. This role is key within the Integrated Operations team and involves managing the entire lifecycle of interrelated projects.

Skills

Project Management certification(s) (PMP, PgMP, etc.)
Expertise in Waterfall and Agile methodologies
Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
Proficient technical understanding in storage industry terminology

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of interrelated projects within a program
Build and enforce governance, processes, and project plans for cross-functional projects
Lead and manage multiple overarching programs with various workstreams
Communicate updates to stakeholders and C-level executives
Drive continuous improvement and retrospectives

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
