Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our San Francisco returns operations. 

The successful candidate will have working knowledge of warehouse operations in a small office environment; returns, receiving, inventory control, 5S standards for warehouse organization, pick/pack, and outbound shipping. Other duties include leadership responsibilities in relation to the office space and ensure a cohesive environment between the warehouse operations and the photo/creative space. 

Responsibilities include:

*Leadership of operations team at SF Office

*Creating a culture of excellence to meet our customer expectations.

*Exceeding KPI goals for Receiving, Returns, Outbound, and Inventory Control for SF Office Operations

*Support creative team in operational needs

*Daily review, reporting, and escalation of last mile opportunities. Provide reporting and follow up on program status and next steps.

*Communicate effectively with partners and leadership teams. 

Requirements: 

*Full Time - 40 Hours per Week; potential for some weekend work 

*3-5 Years experience leading small teams

*Able to lift up to 40 lbs.

*Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills

*Proven work experience managing small teams

*Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

*Proficient in excel, google suite

$65,000 - $75,000 a year

Schedule: Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Work Location: On Site at SF Office
