The expected salary range for this position is based on several factors including market, funding, candidates experience level, skills, schedule, training, and related knowledge. Our ranges are developed and published as good faith estimates for the position.
Salary Range: $75,000 -$82,000 | Office benefit package (Parking/Remote Expenses): $130/Month
The Central Access Program Director will provide supervision and oversight to the agency’s Central Access Team. The Central Access Team is currently in development. The goal of the team is to improve system efficiency by simplifying methods to access existing community-based services targeted to individuals who frequently utilize community-based and State Operated hospital systems. The program will provide a central point of initial contact for referrals and initial coordination of services for individual, community stakeholders, and referring providers. In addition, the Program Director will supervise and allocate the agency’s float staffing pool, with the intention of maximizing program capacity and flow through effective distribution of staffing resources. It will be the Director’s responsibility to participate in the design and implementation of this model within RADIAS Health, and as such the role will evolve based on the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. This position is funded through a State of Minnesota Mental Health Innovations Grant.
