Head of T&D

The Head of T&D will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our employees, focusing particularly on mid-level and leadership roles. This position involves establishing learning and development systems from the ground up, including the design and implementation of educational programs and the integration of innovative learning technologies.

Job Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a T&D strategy with a focus on mid-level employees and leadership positions.
  • Supporting Performance Review initiatives by creating and maintaining training tools that facilitate employee development and growth.
  • Designing and launching a comprehensive range of educational products: eLearning courses, soft skills training, mentoring, webinars, and offline training sessions.
  • Developing training programs tailored for various employee levels, including programs for non-operational staff and leadership development.
  • Establishing onboarding and career progression programs for employees across the company and individual departments.
  • Administering the LMS and integrating cutting-edge technologies such as AI and automation into the learning process.
  • Hiring and developing the T&D team.
  • Digitizing the learning process, establishing key performance metrics, and ensuring their achievement.
  • Engaging in cross-functional projects within the Talent Department and the broader HR team.
  • Extensive experience in T&D, with a minimum of 3-5 years in leading corporate universities or similar large-scale learning environments.
  • A proven track record of successfully designing and implementing training and development strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Experience in curriculum development and instructional design, with a focus on creating impactful learning experiences for mid-level employees and leadership roles.
  • A strong background in evaluating and measuring the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
  • Hands-on experience in integrating advanced learning technologies and digital tools to enhance training delivery and engagement.
  • Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level).
