Job Description

Reporting to the Manager CRM, the Supervisor, Email Marketing is responsible for the planning and development of compelling content and email personalization strategy focusing on driving traffic online and to stores. This is a great opportunity for a technical and creative individual to drive end-to-end execution and elevate current email campaigns and journey programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with Vice-President marketing, Director Marketing and CRM Manager to determine quantitative and qualitative objectives for email and personalization performance;
  • Develop weekly, monthly and annual email communication and personalization plans;
  • Establish email content calendar aligned with topical needs, buying cycle, customer segment/ lifecycle and promotional plan;
  • Evaluate and measure effectiveness of overall content and email performance by segment including setting key performance indicators.

Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field of study;
    • 3 years + of experience in digital marketing and/or project management, content development;
    • Experience in retail or digital agency an asset;
    • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken.
