Responsibilities

Become a subject matter expert on hardware technical recruiting
Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to define top talent criteria
Develop creative strategies for engaging passive talent
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers
Improve interview processes and implement new tools
Champion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
