As a Senior HRIS Analyst for Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen you will be responsible for supporting the maintenance of our HRIS systems to ensure current and future functionality exists to support the HR and Payroll teams, enhancements to business processes, and provides meaningful analytics for business decisions. In this dynamic role, you'll take on the critical responsibility of maintaining our HRIS systems to ensure they function flawlessly for our HR and Payroll teams. Your expertise will be vital in enhancing business processes and providing insightful analytics that drive decision-making. You'll tackle challenges head-on, acting as a tier two contact for troubleshooting UKG system errors, partnering with the Senior Benefits Administrator to resolve EDI file issues, and collaborating with business owners to implement new system enhancements. Your attention to detail will shine as you review and audit HR data for accuracy while recommending corrections to improve our processes. You’ll also create complex reports and lead small to medium-sized HRIS projects, all while training end users on system functionality. With at least 3 years of HRIS experience and a passion for problem-solving, you’ll find a welcoming and empowering environment at Esler Companies where you can thrive in your career.
