Paid Search & Social Paid Media Strategist

$70,000 - $90,000 a year
Paid Search & Social Paid Media Strategist
Summary
We are a boutique media buying and analytics agency building out our team to better support a growing client base and expanding service offering.  Our approach is rooted in a direct response mentality with data-driven processes. We believe that in an increasingly automated media landscape a higher level of technical expertise is required to ensure that audiences, CRM data and reporting are all part of a well-oiled machine to feed campaigns accurate and up to date information.
The Paid Media Strategist needs to be comfortable managing day to day hands-on-keyboard campaign optimization, client communication and driving higher-level strategy across channels. In many cases, we work as a direct extension of client or agency partner teams, which requires the Paid Media Strategist to think strategically about how paid media campaigns will work in concert with other channels or initiatives. We lean heavily on detailed reporting dashboards, so the Paid Media Strategist should have a strong interest in data analytics and reporting tools.
As part of a young and quickly growing company the Paid Media Strategist will need to be able to work independently and take ownership of client relationships as well as creating processes. There is an opportunity to build a team, so the ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to grow with the company.
