We are looking for a professional who is passionate about using data to understand customer behavior, market trends, and brand performance to provide actionable insights that drive business and enhance brand perception. This role involves utilizing various data sources and research methodologies to understand customer preferences, identify market opportunities, and evaluate the effectiveness of brand and customer experience strategies.
Key responsibilities:
To be successful in a role of Brand & Customer Insight Analyst, you need to have strong brand and commercial focus with ability to drive results and work towards goals. You are analytical and insight-driven and have a strong interest in customer voice, customer behavior and how that impacts future business value. You enjoy working on a strategic level as well as hands-on with data and visualisation to perform your analyses and reporting.
What you need to succeed:
This is a full-time role, based on employment contract, located in Warsaw, Poland. The Brand & Customer Insight Analyst role is a part of the Customer Activation & Marketing department and reports to the Insights & Analytics Manager.
