Our client, a boutique agency, is hiring a full-time Media Planner/ Strategist. This is a remote opportunity. Must be local to St. Louis or within 2-3 hour drive for occasional onsite meetings and events.
The Media Planner/ Strategist will play a key part in how the agency develops strategic, omnichannel media plans for their clients. You'll be responsible for generating leads, building awareness and increasing engagement. With your cross functional teammates in creative and account, you'll work together to ensure you meet the client's goals by brainstorming, problem solving and diving into new market research.Qualifications:• Minimum of 3 years media planning and buying experience.• Experience in the development of lead generation and brand building media plans.• Working knowledge of both traditional and digital media channels.• Experience working with Google products including GA4, Tag Manager, and Google Ads.• Experience with DSPs and attribution models.• Working knowledge of media planning tools (Neilsen, Strata, SRDS).• Experience leveraging data and/or integrating data within media campaigns.Responsibilities:• Report to the media director and support the development of omnichannel media plans across key accounts.• Develop campaign media goals, budget, channel KPIs, media mix and flighting as part of the overarching campaign strategy.• Conduct market and channel research to support current and prospective clients.• Evaluate vendor and partnership opportunities on our clients behalf and manage existing vendor relationships.• Present media plans, campaign wrap reports and other media perspectives.• Identify opportunities for testing and/or data utilization to enhance the overarching media strategy.• Collaborate with the digital media manager for digital channel strategy and holistic reporting and analysis.• Work across multiple online platforms to support the media team in buying, placements and channel optimizations.• Analyze KPIs and provide recommendations for media optimizations across channels.• Collaborate across departments to understand clients goals/objectives and align media and creative strategies for optimal performance.• Monitor overall campaign performance, pacing to budgets and anticipated KPIs, as well as timeliness/quality assurance of team and vendors.• Maintain an understanding of current best practices and optimal platforms/systems for efficiency and integration.• Reconcile media spend to budget and support billing and vendor management as needed.#IND123Our client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
