Responsibilities

We are looking for a Dental Treatment Coordinator team member who will:

  • Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
  • Schedules and confirms patient appointments.
  • Verifies insurance for all clinical appointments.
  • Enters information on dental software in patient accounts.
  • Ensures and reviews entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
  • Collects all monies due for services rendered.
  • Develops and maintains doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
  • Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
  • Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
