Your Role

  • You independently handle HR administration for the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding – including contract creation, updates, and documentation. 

  • You ensure accurate and complete employee master data and take care of preparatory payroll tasks, contributing to reliable and compliant payroll runs. 

  • You proactively identify country-specific labor law developments and ensure process adaptations are implemented accordingly. 

  • You act as a trusted HR partner for employees and stakeholders across our international entities, especially Spain and Portugal, advising them on People Operations, payroll and labor law topics. 

  • You take ownership of cross-border projects and help standardize, automate, and scale our HR processes. 

What You Bring to the Table

  • Several years of experience in HR operations, preferably in an international environment. 

  • Strong understanding of HR admin and payroll-related processes. 

  • A structured, solution-oriented mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability. 

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required. 

  • For Senior level, solid knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR practices is a must. 

  • Enthusiasm for supporting international teams and acting as a reliable partner for all things HR.
