We are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Enablement Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the effectiveness of our sales force through the development, management, and optimization of sales enablement programs and resources. If you have a passion for supporting sales teams, excellent organizational skills, and a flair for creating content and tools that drive revenue growth, this position is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
How you'll add value:
- Welcome Emails: Draft and send welcome emails to new employees, providing essential information and creating a positive onboarding experience.
- Slack Monitoring: Monitor and manage communication within our Slack channels, facilitating team collaboration and responding to inquiries.
- Newsletters: Create, design, and distribute newsletters to keep employees informed about company news, updates, and events.
- Recaps: Summarize and document key meetings, discussions, and events, providing recaps for reference.
- Calendar Scheduling: Manage and schedule meetings and appointments to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- R365U Training Sessions: Assist in the coordination and execution of training sessions and events, ensuring smooth operations and participant engagement.
- Reporting: Generate and compile various reports, presenting data and insights to support decision-making.
- Onboarding: Contribute to the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with necessary information, tools, and support.
- Update SharePoint Pages: Maintain and update content on SharePoint pages, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is readily available.
- New Hire Checklists: Develop and maintain checklists for new hires to guide them through the onboarding process and ensure they have all required resources.
- Video/Content: Assist in the creation and editing of video and written content for both internal and external audiences.
- Video Edits: Edit and enhance video content to ensure it meets quality and branding standards.
- Content Edits: Review and proofread written content, making necessary edits to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- All Hands: Support the planning and execution of sales-wide "All Hands" meetings, including content development and logistics.
- Content Build: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build compelling and engaging content for various platforms.
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in sales support, sales enablement, or a similar role is high desired
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Self-starter with a robust set of problem-solving skills, deeply organized with unfailing attention to detail.
- Ability to create and edit sales content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
- This position has a salary range of $60,000-$70,000. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
