REMOTE (US & CANADA) /REVENUE OPERATIONS /FULL-TIME/ REMOTE
At BioRender, our mission is to accelerate the world’s ability to learn, discover and communicate science. We are passionate about democratizing science communication in order to accelerate scientific discovery and understanding. We're looking for amazing people to help create the world’s go-to-place and platform where science is communicated. Come join us!
We are in hyper-growth mode! As a founding member of our operations team, you will take ownership of our CRM platform to optimize how we use Salesforce to track and inform our GTM operations as we scale.
You will be responsible for identifying, designing, and configuring improvements in our Salesforce infrastructure; including foundational set-up and integrations, enhanced automation, data visualization and data hygiene. We migrated into Salesforce in December 2022, so it’s a fresh slate! There is tons of room for growth in building out these foundations: improving the efficiency of our sales processes and optimizing our set-up. To drive our progress forward, you will lead the next phase of our CRM evolution: implementing CPQ and more deeply integrating with key pieces of our tech stack (Gong, Outreach, Intercom, Sales Navigator, and Netsuite). This is a cross-functional role: you will report to our Director of Revenue Operations and work collaboratively with our Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product teams across requirements gathering, systems design, and user testing.
BioRender is remote-first, and this role is open to anyone located in Canada and the US. You can read about BioRender's interview process here!
Our ideal fit:
- You have exceptional project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- You have experience working cross-functionally to move projects forward
- You are a strategic thinker that proactively considers both the near-term and long-term implications in your approach to problem-solving and solutions design
- You are meticulous and especially skilled at picking up on data inconsistencies or details that others might miss
- You are inquisitive, hungry to learn, and open to feedback. You are consistently seeking opportunities to advance your skills and subject matter expertise (e.g. Architect, Developer, CPQ Certifications)
- You are passionate about BioRender’s mission and the acceleration of life science research and understanding
What you'll be doing:
- You’ll design and execute a scalable process to update, maintain, and audit the accuracy and comprehensiveness of customer data stored in Salesforce
- You’ll improve and optimize sales team performance by automating workflows, streamlining processes, and enabling complimentary software integrations (e.g. Customer.io, Intercom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Outreach) that enable our go-to-market teams
- You’ll collaborate with Sales/RevOps to design key dashboards; then build those data visualizations to track our team’s ongoing performance
- You will lead the implementation of Salesforce CPQ software (Configure, Price, Quote) to automate quoting, and ultimately billing (via a Netsuite integration)
What you bring to the table:
- Certified Salesforce Administrator; preferably working towards Developer certification
- Demonstrated 2+ years of experience in owning and configuring Salesforce for a growing SaaS company
- Experience with other data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.) is an asset
