Our Solutions Engineering team plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our product development and client-facing teams for our latest product, Sana AI. This means you’ll get to work with state-of-the-art LLMs, and be on the frontlines of operationalizing the potential of AI within some of the most pioneering companies around the globe.
As the Sana AI's footprint expands through an increasing client based and users, your role will likely evolve to include the coaching and onboarding of additional solution engineers, as well as the scaling the designed and implemented solution, and the creation and the iterations on the playbooks required to make the Sana AI solutions succeed at scale.
Provide dedicated technical support during pre-sales and implementation phases, ensuring that client queries are addressed promptly and accurately.
Engage directly with clients, especially large enterprises, to build trust and credibility by demonstrating deep technical knowledge.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to stay updated on the latest product developments and ensure seamless communication between teams.
Address complex technical issues that arise during sales and deployment, ensuring that solutions are implemented efficiently and effectively.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the sales and deployment processes.
A strong technical background with experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in a client-facing technical role, preferably within the tech industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical issues quickly and effectively.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and sales teams.
A self-starter mindset, meaning you can proactively identify issues and opportunities and tackle them without being told to do so.
