This role focuses on both acquiring new business and expanding existing partnerships, with an emphasis on our flagship Lean In Circles program - a blend of world-class leadership and peer mentorship curriculum, strengthened by the power of camaraderie and community.

In this engaging role, you'll have the unique chance to partner with major organizations, promoting programs that foster workplace equity and community. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle—think identifying and pitching new business opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring the long-term success of our partners. With a special emphasis on our flagship Lean In Circles, you'll conduct onboarding sessions and provide training to help partners launch these impactful programs. Your ability to build and nurture relationships will be key to your success, as you strive for year-over-year growth. We’re looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. If you possess an entrepreneurial spirit, love presenting ideas to large audiences, and are passionate about leadership development, this is the role for you!
