Are you a customer-centric Sales professional with a background in FMCG or Pharmaceutical industries looking for a unique FTC opportunity with a global leading Consumer Healthcare organisation? The National Account Manager for Chemist Warehouse (Sigma) is a critical role for Opella offering exposure to senior leadership locally and regionally, and is responsible for contributing to the strategic joint business partnering, day-to-day Account management and execution of the Business initiatives. This is a 9 x month FTC opportunity for someone who can hit the ground running, offering a unique 'foot in the door' with our organisation.

Role Responsibilities
Direct interaction with Chemist Warehouse/Sigma buyers on Vitamins and OTC products
Achievement of sales budgets (as nominated), plus provide ongoing sales forecasts
Accountable for the volume and revenue forecast accuracy including sales and distribution for Chemist Warehouse/Sigma
Ensure all Trade Promotional Expenditure (TPE) and operational expenses stay within approved budget and contracts are ALL up to date and compliant
Build effective execution plans that align to the business agreed account standards including distribution, primary shelf standards and secondary display standards in line with commercial calendar priorities
Develop and implement growth plan for Chemist Warehouse/Sigma. Provide clear direction to the sales team, and ALL internal stakeholders to ensure full alignment of activity
Develop and maintain relationships at all levels in both organisations to enable the strategy to be effectively executed and provide an environment of excellence in managing the accounts and build a culture of accountability
Comply with legal and ethical standards and company policies and procedures
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of Sales/Account Management within an FMCG or Pharmacy environment
Proven examples of leading negotiations and people management with a focus on brand building
Experience working with banner groups, particularly Chemist Warehouse/Sigma preferred
Technical & Soft Skills:
Best in class customer relationship building and communication skills - both written and verbal
Extremely well planned and organised, reliable and diligent
Excellent team player and ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
High level commercial acumen and strategic mindset
Proficient in Sales Reporting tools
Strong understanding of the pharmacy retail channel and consumer healthcare market
