In your role, you’ll manage a diverse portfolio of strategic accounts, diving deep to understand their goals and unlocking potential growth opportunities. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives to provide a seamless onboarding experience, drive product adoption, and leverage customer feedback to inform our innovations. Your expertise will ensure issues are resolved efficiently and that customer health remains a priority, leading to lucrative upsell and cross-sell strategies. With strong interpersonal skills, you’ll build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to maintain satisfaction and drive growth. Plus, you’ll manage contract renewals, ensuring continued partnership success. If you have a university degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 3+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success within the software industry, we want to hear from you!
