Kokias atsakomybes patikėsime:

  • kurti, įgyvendinti ir nuolat tobulinti talentų pritraukimo procesą baldų grupės mastu: nuo darbdavio įvaizdžio strategijos formavimo ir įgyvendinimo (vidinė, išorinė komunikacija), tiesioginio atrankų proceso valdymo, kandidatų vertinimo metodikų iki sklandaus kandidato adaptacijos proceso naujoje pozicijoje užtikrinimo;  
  • atsakomybę pasirinkti komunikacijos ir atrankų partnerius, formuoti biudžetą ir užtikrinti jo laikymąsį, inovatyviai taikyti skirtingas metodikas ir kanalus (įsk. socialinius tinklus) tiek pritraukiant vidinius/išorinius kandidatus, tiek įgyvendinant atrankoms keliamus tikslus baldų grupės mastu;
  • strategiškai planuoti talentų poreikį (bendradarbiaujant su vadovų komandomis), formuoti ir palaikyti talentų tinklą ateities poreikiams patenkinti, analizuoti naujausias verslo pokyčių ir talentų pritraukimo tendencijas, teikti įžvalgas ir sprendimus;
  • domėtis įmonės naujienomis, išmanyti gamybos procesus ir rolių atsakomybes, bendradarbiauti su kolegomis, siekiant suprasti keliamus reikalavimus kandidatui ir gebėti kokybiškai sudaryti kandidato profilį, juo remiantis tinkamai parinkti paieškos kanalus ar kitas pritraukimo iniciatyvas;
  • įgyvendinti projektus, susijusius su darbuotojų paieška užsienio rinkose, užtikrinti užsieniečių dokumentacijos atitiktį (tiesiogiai administruoja - atrankų komandos kolega);
  • užtikrinti šiltą ir ekspertišką personalo partnerystės santykį su įmonės darbuotojais (100), vadovais, išorės institucijomis, partneriais, teikti konsultacijas ir siūlyti tikslingus sprendimus personalo procesų klausimais, rengti reikiamus dokumentus, tvarkas. Atstovauti personalo komandą valdybose bei įmonę bendradarbiaujant su darbo taryba, profsąjungomis;
  • puoselėti organizacijos vertybes ir stiprinti organizacinę kultūrą, įgyvendinti įsitraukimo didinimo veiksmus (tyrimai, aptarimo sesijos), tobulinti darbo sąlygas, motyvacines sistemas, valdyti priskirtus strateginius personalo projektus baldų grupės mastu;
  • tobulinti, standartizuoti, skaitmenizuoti personalo procesus, bendradarbiaujant su vidiniu grupės kompetencijų ir paslaugų centru. Periodiškai analizuoti personalo veiklą, rodiklius (KPI), formuoti įžvalgas rezultatų gerinimo veiksmams bei juos įgyvendinti.

Tikime, kad tu:

  • turi bent 3 metų sėkmingą darbo patirtį panašioje pozicijoje (talentų pritraukimo ar personalo vadovo rolės gamybinėje įmonėje/įmonių grupėje);
  • esi įgijęs (-usi) aukštąjį išsilavinimą (personalo, vadybos srityse būtų privalumas);
  • turi praktines atrankų sistemų, metodų ir kanalų žinias: Workable, Unlock, LinkedIn ir pan. bei darbdavio įvaizdžio formavimo patirtį;
  • gerai kalbi ir rašai lietuvių, anglų kalbomis, rusų kalba – privalumas;
  • gali pasigirti savarankišku, atsakingu požiūriu į veiklą, orientacija į rezultatą, strateginiu mąstymu apjungiant darbuotojų ir verslo poreikius;
  • gebi sklandžiai bendradarbiauti su skirtingo lygio darbuotojais dinamiškoje ir lankstumo reikalaujančioje aplinkoje, gebi valdyti pokyčius ir drąsiai priimi sprendimus savo atsakomybės ribose;
  • turi komandos valdymo ir ugdymo patirties.
